All meetings are individualized to meet your needs, including meeting times, topics, feedback and resources provided. Positive supports and behavior analytic principles are utilized to meet the needs of the learners. Each supervisor offers an expert level of competence.  Our supervisors have a vast experience in settings, ages, and learners; as well as a strong understanding of behavior, disabilities, development, reinforcement and how learning occurs.

  • Weekly (or bi-weekly) secure access to a private and web-based platform for remote/video meetings.

  • Intensive training on the task list, course content material, ethics, methods, and field-based concepts.

  • Valuable samples of resources from the field; to include reports, plans, assessments, protocols, visuals, etc.

  • Quantitative assessment that supervisee completes to provide outcomes, progress monitoring and feedback.

what you will need to start supervision

  • Supervision can begin once you have begun your coursework but some people choose to start later.

  • Secure a site where you can complete your fieldwork hours (or we may have opportunities to accrue hours with us).

  • Interview supervisor and ensure that the one you select meets your needs.

  • Sign the contract agreement.

  • In most cases, a release of information and video consent form must be signed for each client.

  • Scanner, program or application for completing forms (for remote)

  • Headphones for privacy

  • Video camera and/or device for recording sessions with your learners
